New custom-built park homes come from the Alhambra factory in Alicante in Spain. Every park home they build is both different and special. No two park homes are the same.
Each home takes twelve weeks to build. In many cases, the home is built with client modifications or design ideas. That makes these homes in such demand; the client gets a home exactly as they want it. Not possible when buying a UK mobile home.

You also have the choice of customising pre-designed models such as the Windsor and Sandringham. Over the years, there have been a few variations of these classic park home designs. Originally designed by Costa Difference, the design team and customers have “modified” the homes every time a new one is built.
In pre-designed park homes, clients have been able to order modifications without visiting the factory in Alicante. For park homes to be custom-built from scratch, the design and materials are decided upon during a factory visit.

Residential parks
Currently, there is only one residential retirement park with plots available for new custom-built park homes, and that is Park La Posada near Malaga on the Costa del Sol. The homes are ordered through the park agents Costa Difference, who work directly with the factory in Alicante.
During a park visit, you will view the resale park homes, which will confirm the build quality. Seeing other homes will give you plenty of ideas for your new park home.
